Toya Johnson-Rushing Attempts To Do A Cold Plunge Alongside Her Husband
On Monday, April 7, Johnson-Rushing uploaded a new video to her YouTube channel. Furthermore, she titled the clip “My First Time Trying The Cold Plunge. 🥶🧊I Lost It! 😱”
About six minutes into the thirty-two-minute video, Johnson-Rushing and her husband, Robert, arrived at the spa and learned more about their booked contrast therapy session. To note, the session consists of sitting in a sauna with a temperature of over 196 degrees Fahrenheit for about five to seven minutes. Then, jumping into the cold plunge, which houses waters below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, for as long as the body can take. Furthermore, the routine can be completed multiple times for optimal benefits.
Around the 19-minute mark, the couple completed their first sauna session and moved to the cold plunge. Johnson-Rushing decided to try hopping in first. However, things didn’t go as easily as expected.
“This man got me doing the cold plunge.😩 I couldn’t take it yall. 🤣🤣,” she wrote in part in a clip shared via Instagram.

As The Shade Room previously reported, in March, Toya Johnson-Rushing also made headlines after speaking about her marriage and current relationship with Lil Wayne.
