Barger was also the hero on Friday with three doubles and two RBIs.

Urena signed with the Blue Jays earlier this month after parting ways with the New York Mets.

The 33-year-old made his first start with Toronto last Tuesday against the Los Angeles Angels and conceded two runs on four hits with one walk and two strikeouts over 4.1 innings in a no-decision.

Seattle will send right-hander Bryce Miller to the mound. The 26-year-old has a 2-3 record, 4.15 ERA and 32 strikeouts over seven starts this season.

The Blue Jays (19-20) are also looking to get back to .500 on the season. Toronto is three games back of the New York Yankees for the division lead in the American League East.

The Mariners (22-16) continue to top the AL West.
