Wimbledon 2024: Carlos Alcaraz’s Opponent Hilariously Ripped to Shreds Over Dreadful ‘Pineapple’ Hairstyle

Every tennis fan and player has their eyes set on the Grass court of Wimbledon, as the main draw is in full swing. However, it seems that during the break something else caught the eye of tennis fans as they are unable to get over it: Hairs! At the beginning of the Grass Swing, it was Carlos Alcaraz’s new ‘fade’ hairstyle that sent everyone into a frenzy, though not in a good way. But now, in the middle of some high action, it’s Alcaraz’s first-round opponent’s hairstyle that has sucked the breath out. And again, not in a good way, maybe worse if that’s possible, as not everyone likes pineapple!

Carlos Alcaraz is all set to play Mark Lajal to begin his campaign as the defending champion on the Grass court. While it is obvious that fans would be on the lookout for great matches and shots, they are also on the lookout for hairstyles. And Alcaraz’s opponent is facing fire for his ‘dread-full’ hairstyle. The Estonian is set to face not only Alcaraz but also the crowd who is favoring the Spaniard.

Lajal’s dreadlocks were not appreciated by fans, and as a result, they became a choir and sang the chorus beating the Estonian quickly on the grass court. And the match is underway in favor of Spainard. Alcaraz has already taken the first set, though not without a challenge. Alcaraz had to snatch it out of the claws of deuce. This is certainly memorable for their first meeting in the tennis circuit, as the World No.3 faces World No. 269 with a unique hair style!
