2024 John Deere Classic Final Round: Tee Times and Pairings Explored

After an exciting third round of the John Deere Classic, the tournament has headed towards its last leg with a shakeup of the leaderboard. Fresh faces like Davis Thompson currently occupy the top spot, and he has a chance to claim his first-ever PGA Tour victory.

Thompson is not the only PGA Tour pro vying for this first victory on the Tour. He is closely followed at T2 by Eric Cole and Aaron Rai, who agonizingly missed capturing his maiden PGA Tour title at the 2024 Rocket Mortgage Classic by just a single stroke! Hayden Springer sits at T4, another player eager to make a breakthrough. With this, it will be interesting to see who will win the 2024 John Deere Classic as the tee times and pairings for the Sunday round have been released.

The final round of the tournament will take place at two tees (tee #1 and tee #10) and in threesomes. The trio of Adam Svensson, Hayden Buckley, and David Lipsky will begin at tee #10, while the group that will start at tee #1 is Sam Stevens, Robby Shelton, and Zach Johnson. The rest of the trios will follow them accordingly:

The weather has once again thrown a curveball at yet another PGA Tour event. In a post shared by PGA Tour Communications on its official X handle (formerly known as Twitter), it is revealed that due to a bad weather forecast, the last round will be wrapped up in much less time as compared to round 3, as the “tee times will be approx. 9:25 to 11:37 a.m. CT”.

The only amateur in the field is Luke Clanton, showcasing his skills on the greens with a T6 position after three rounds at the John Deere Classic. The 20-year-old previously impressed the golf silo with his PGA tour debut at the 2024 Rocket Mortgage Classic, where he finished at T10, just four strokes behind the winner, Cam Davis. For fans who want to avoid the bad weather but still catch the thrilling final round of JDC, they can do so from the comfort of their homes.
