“Justice Will Be Served”: Ryan Garcia Attacks NYSAC After Alleged Negative Ostarine Test Leak

The Ryan Garcia story continues to draw attention. In the latest episode, the young boxer from California is seen running the offensive line. The latest U-turn follows a report from a boxing news handle that has come with a claim that purportedly Ryan Garcia hadn’t returned negative test results for Ostarine based on the test samples taken both before and after the Devin Haney fight.

Ryan Garcia has been embroiled in what might be the biggest setback of his young career. Weeks to ten days after his sensational win over Devin Haney, reports came that he failed to clear dug tests for Ostarine. Secondary tests also confirmed the initial results. All along, the former interim lightweight champion continued to insist on his innocence. His team fought back the best way they could, claiming that the PED might have entered his system through a contaminated supplement, but to no avail. The New York State Athletic Commission (NYSAC) handed over a year-long suspension to Ryan Garcia, along with a few financial penalties. The move only further aggravated steps from both Garcia and Haney. While the former announced an early retirement, ‘The Dream’ also hinted at going on an extended leave. Then reports came that he planned further legal action against Ryan Garcia.

It’s just keeps coming out. What is done in the dark will come to light, Justice will be served,” wrote Ryan Garcia. Why? A boxing news handle, @combatOdaley, revealed that the NYSAC, it seems, came under scrutiny on Monday. “It has been leaked by one of the labs that Ryan Garcia’s initial pre- and post-fight urine tests conducted by them initially screened negative for Ostarine,” the post updated.
