How to Watch 2024 Dick’s Sporting Goods Open: TV Schedule, Live Streaming & More


The veterans and the starts of the yesteryear have descended on New York for the 2024 Dick’s Sporting Goods Open. The tournament in its 17th consecutive iteration will tee off on Friday, June 21 at the En-Joie Golf Club. The $2.1M purse tournament is also famous for massively popular concerts, and the whopping amount of money it raises for charities. 

The Broome County Community Charities, the organizer of the event, has raised over $20M in charities. A host of bigwigs head to the little village of Endicott in the New York state. Here is how you can catch all the actions live.

How to watch the John Daly, Padraig Harrington & Co. at Endicott?

The PGA Tour extended its partnership with Golf Chanel in 2022. As part of a seven-year deal, the Golf Channel broadcasts all PGA Tour Champions events. Similar to previous instances, the Friday round will be broadcast for two hours on Golf Channel between 12 PM – 2 PM.

The second & third rounds will start at 3 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The rounds however will start from 9.15 AM on Friday, and 9 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Unlike the PGA Tour events, the PGA Tour Champions won’t be streamed at Peacock. 

  • Friday: noon-2 p.m. (Golf Channel)
  • Saturday: 3-6 p.m. (Golf Channel)
  • Sunday: 3-6 p.m. (Golf Channel)

Entry to the second round is complimentary courtesy of long-time partners Hinman, Howard, and Kattel. For the first and final day, tickets are available on the official website. The winner of the Dick’s Sporting Goods Open tournament will receive $315,000 this year. 

Storylines ahead of the Dick’s Sporting Goods Open

The Pro-Am already kickstarted the fanfare despite temperatures reaching 90 degrees.  Padraig Harrington has returned to New York to defend his title. Last year, the Irishman edged Joe Durant by one shot with a brilliant 9-under par final round. The veteran golfer is eyeing a three-peat at Broome County.

This year’s Regions Traditions champion Doug Barron also headlines the field. But perhaps the most significant person here will be John Daly, who has skipped his son’s Korn Ferry Tour debut to tee off at the En-Joie Golf Club.

The two-time major winner left a heartfelt message for his 20-year-old son, John Daly II, on Instagram. “Hey, everybody, I’m so excited to see how my son plays in the Compliance Solutions Championship Korn Ferry tournament in Norman, Oklahoma. Unfortunately, I can’t be there to support him. I’ll be playing the DICK’S Open Championship in Endicott. But anyway, let’s go Little John. Thank you guys.

Daly withdrew from the 2o24 PGA Championship with a thumb injury. However, since then he has teed off two events and appears to be fully recovered. Aside from the 58-year-old, Fred Funk, Jim Furyk, and Bernhard Langer will land in Endicott County. Langer, returning from a freak Achilles injury, has knocked off two top-10s in the last four starts.
