Bray Wyatt has gone under the dark once and for all. While the grieving process came to an apparent halt after a long duration, the urge to get him back still lingers in the veins of every OG WWE fan. Reading on their core, Triple H took a landmark decision of bringing back Wyatt’s brother Bo Dallas to the foray in the same Uncle Howdy avatar. But in between the pitching and executing timeline, the WWE Universe fell through a Howdy spell with regular QR code glitches that finally came to a full circle with Howdy’s surreal homecoming segment on Raw last week.
The episode went down in history, but some veteran female wrestlers still couldn’t get over it. Bayley and Nia Jax’s high-stake comments on Bray Wyatt’s emotional post carry a testament to the strong influence of Windham Rotunda and Uncle Howdy in the collective WWE realm.

On the June 17th edition of the Red brand, Uncle Howdy made a rowdy-like debut alongside his troops. As warned earlier, the Wyatt Sicks have been planted in the backdrop of a bloody massacre. As the light went dim, the ruthless sight of the fallen bodies took the soul out of the viewers. A couple of minutes of a pure cinema bid a temporary goodbye with a signature ‘We are here’ cry. Mesmerising by the tribute, Bray Wyatt’s sister Mika Rotunda penned a heart-touching note on Instagram highlighting how gracefully Bo Dallas is carrying the torch of his late brother.
The post saw a lot of appreciation coming from the WWE locker room. Starting from the female heavyweight Nia Jax, former Damage CTRL leader Bayley to Natalya, and more flocked in the comments to let their love known for the Eater of the Worlds and his alter ego. “We love you, Mika. So proud of both you and Taylor,” wrote Bayley while Nia Jax expressed her elation with a few red heart emojis.

However, on the other side of all this colorful appreciation, some doubtful voices resonate, and for a reason, of course.
Wyatt Sick’s success on TV seems to be a far-fetched idea
Even before the quality debut of the year, doubts regarding their chance of sustaining a successful impact were swirling over the realm. These involve a set of reasons. Firstly, the prolonged period of wait has been largely seen as a potential factor contributing to fans’ reduced interest in the entire storyline. Secondly, the bitter memory of Bray Wyatt’s similar 2022 debut created a dread of a similar lackluster outcome.

While all these still didn’t go away from the discussion, Vince Russo added some more reasons to hold off the expectations of the new Howdy faction. He noted their Viking lifestyle, a larger-than-life aura, might not fit well in the real-life squared circle. Only time will reveal the destiny, regardless.
