Riley Burruss Reveals How She’s Been Coping Since Kandi Burruss & Todd Tucker’s Divorce
In a recent interview, Riley Burruss got candid about Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker’s divorce. She said she knows the breakup is usually tough on the couple, but it also takes a toll on the people who love them. Riley also admitted that she’s still figuring out how to adjust to her family’s new normal.
“So it is really hard for me,” Riley said. “It’s just been a year of adapting. It’s tough at times, it’s easy at times, it’s confusing. I’m still learning honestly.”
Riley also reflected on the lessons she’s learned from her mom during the transition. She said Kandi’s strength inspires her, and she appreciates how her mom goes above and beyond to protect her. “She wants to protect me the most she can […] so being able to do that for your children I think is just a powerful thing.”
Todd Tucker Keeps It Real About Coparenting & The Challenges That Come With It
It looks like Riley isn’t the only one adjusting to her family’s new chapter. Todd Tucker also hopped online and asked his followers for advice on navigating co-parenting. He said whenever he drops his kids off on Fridays, he’s immediately popping out, but he’s still trying to figure out whether it’s because he doesn’t like being home alone or because he misses having his kiddos around. Todd asked his followers who share custody every other weekend what do they do when their kids head back to the other parent. “I just get out of town. I just be like I’m out.” Todd added in his caption, “I feel lost! So I just leave!”

Kandi and Todd haven’t spilled too much tea about where they stand currently. However, they did have fans thinking that rekindling a romantic relationship could be a possibility after they reunited for a blended family vacation back in June. The family getaway came just a few months after they finalized their divorce in March following 11 years of marriage. Even with the good vibes, Kandi wasted no time shutting down the speculation that they were getting back together. After a fan dropped a comment on another video of them hopping on the viral jiu-jitsu trend set to Drake’s ‘Shabang,’ Kandi quickly set the record straight writing, “Nah… I am not healed. We’ll be getting along & then the convo goes left. doing good today tho,”
