Hence, every team will play a total of 6 games in the Women’s Asia Cup 2022 facing the other team once. After the end of the league stage, the top 4 teams in the points table will qualify for the semi-finals. The winners of both the semi-finals will take on each other in the Women’s Asia Cup 2022 final on October 15.

The venue of the Women’s Asia Cup 2022 is Bangladesh, which is the host of the tournament. Sylhet Outer Cricket Stadium in Sylhet and Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet are the two grounds that are set to host all the matches of the tournament.

In the opening game on October 1 (Saturday), Bangladesh Women and Thailand Women will face each other. In the other game, India Women and Sri Lanka Women will battle against each other. A total of 25 games will be played during the Women’s Asia Cup 2022.

All 7 teams have announced their squads for the Women’s Asia Cup 2022. India Women will be led by Harmanpreet Kaur. Bismah Maroof is the captain of Pakistan Women. Chamari Athapaththu is the skipper of Sri Lanka Women.
