Meta founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg recently announced a new WhatsApp feature called 'Chat Lock'.
This feature lets you protect your most intimate conversations with a password and secures them in a separate folder.
When someone messages you and you have the chat locked, the sender's name and the content of the message will be hidden.
Chat Lock will create a new folder that can be locked with a password or biometric methods like a fingerprint.
This WhatsApp feature makes a safe folder to hide specific discussions, which users want to hide.
These chats can be locked and unlocked using your fingerprint or any of the other biometric or face recognition methods.
WhatsApp user can lock chats by tapping the name of the person or group and selecting the lock option.
WhatsApp also said that in the next few months, they going to add more options for chat lock.
