Federal Justice Minister David Lametti has referred the case of Robert Sanderson to the Manitoba Court docket of Enchantment for a brand new listening to, saying he has concluded the case was probably a miscarriage of justice.
Sanderson was discovered responsible in 1997 of three counts of first-degree homicide and sentenced to life in jail with no parole eligibility for 25 years.
