Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron will be returning to the basketball court sooner than expected. Only this time, he will be representing his country during the highly anticipated Paris Olympics. It was less than a year ago when the Team USA roster that went to the 2023 FIBA World Cup could surprisingly only secure the fourth rank. Along with a star filled roster consisting of Stephen Curry, Anthony Edwards etc, anticipation is high on the All-Time Leading Scorer to deliver a redemption arc. Fortunately, that is the direction towards which he is heading.
A few hours ago, LeBron James took to his official Instagram account to share a post with his 159 million followers. Sporting a pair of USA Basketball shorts and his iconic Nike sneakers, the 39-year-old seemed to be in full form as several pictures highlighted him dunking and controlling the ball during a practice session. The only thing that he chose to write on the caption alongside the post was a ‘crown’ emoji.
It didn’t take long for people to start sharing their reactions to this eye-catching post. Amongst the first people to react was renowned Indian Cricketer Suryakumar Yadav. He made use of a couple of ‘heart eyes’ emojis to compliment the fourth picture in the post, which showcased the Lakers star leaping high and proceeding to dunk as the people around him watched on.NBA shooting coach Chris Matthews also reacted by writing “It’s time to get GOLD!.”
This is a developing story.
