One of the many things that have helped Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes become a superstar is his durability.

Mahomes is tough as nails and rarely misses a snap, and he hasn’t suffered that many injuries throughout the course of his career.

Notably, he made sure to keep things that way when he came across boxing superstar Canelo Alvarez on the golf course.

The two-time Super Bowl MVP juggled around and teased Canelo.

Then, when the Mexican boxer got into his fighting stance, Mahomes did what he does best when the pocket collapses: Scramble.

Needless to say, the fans had plenty to say about this hilarious clip shared by Michael Benson on Twitter.

Mahomes is getting ready to defend his Super Bowl crown with the Chiefs next season, and he needs to be at full strength if he wants to go back-to-back.

There’s no reason to think that the Chiefs can’t have a strong campaign and go back to the ultimate stage in 2023, especially if they have their superstar passer doing his thing again.

Of course, losing Eric Bieniemy will be a big blow to their offense, but Andy Reid was in charge of calling plays most of the time anyway, so it could be a smooth transition to a new era.

If not, we’ve already seen that he has nice footwork, and he definitely has the size to match up with some other big guys in the ring.

Perhaps, Canelo will want to train him if he asks nicely.
