Dak Prescott’s 2023 season will likely be placed under a microscope.

The Dallas Cowboys haven’t exactly found the success that they have been seeking, especially given the dominance Prescott found in his first few seasons.

Injuries have been a major cause for concern, and many fans and analysts believe that he’s a major reason for their recent woes.

In an effort to grow a heightened rapport with his teammates, Prescott and the receiver room were recently seen together in Atlanta, per Kevin Gray Jr via Simi Fehoko’s images.

Fehoko, CeeDee Lamb, Michael Gallup, and Jalen Tolbert were all spotted together in this additional training session.

This training wasn’t mandatory, but it is a sign that Prescott is taking the upcoming season seriously.

Will this additional work pay off in a big way for the Cowboys, who are still in the strong NFC East?

That remains to be seen, but this extra time to build chemistry and rapport certainly can’t hurt.

Lamb has been identified as one of the best young receivers in the entire league.

His chemistry with Prescott has shown, seen by his 156 targets last season.

This was 67 more than his next closest teammate, Dalton Schultz, who is no longer a member of the Cowboys.

With Schultz gone, Gallup, Tolbert, and Fehoko are likely to see an increased role in the offense for the 2023 season, given the Cowboys’ lack of adding additional help.

What will they do with an increased role?

Tolbert and Fehoko combined for just seven targets last year.
