In the final 200-meter dash at Hayward Field, Lyles emerged as the winner, clocking an impeccable time of 19.53 seconds. He has been closely followed by Kenny grabbing the second position in 19.59 seconds. But from Kenny’s recent declaration, it seems that he is not yet ready to give up so soon to his teammate.
Kenny Bednarek termed himself to be the “dangerous player”. While asked about what the word “dangerous” actually signifies, Bednarek had his answer ready. Oozing confidence, Kenny said, “It means that they should all fear me… I’m on their case right there, and I showed the world that I got a lot in me and I got a lot more in the tank.” Bednarek’s words reflect his burning desire to prove himself on the global stage.
