After behind-the-scenes glimpses of Shah Rukh shooting with Deepika Padukone surfaced online recently, new leaked visuals featuring Abhishek have now taken over the internet. In one of the pictures shared by fan pages on X, the actor is seen standing on top of a vehicle in a mountainous setting. Dressed in a long grey overcoat over an all-black outfit and seemingly holding a gun, Abhishek’s look has left fans curious about his character. Another image reportedly captures a dramatic car explosion sequence, hinting at the film’s large-scale action setup.

The leaked visuals have only strengthened fan theories about Abhishek playing the antagonist in King. Social media users quickly reacted to the pictures, with one fan comparing his look to “Thakur Durjan Singh” from Karan Arjun, while another called him “the antagonist of #KING movie.” Earlier, videos from the South Africa schedule featuring Shah Rukh and Deepika had also gone viral. One clip showed the two filming a scene together, while another captured Shah Rukh helping Deepika climb a staircase between takes.
Following the leaks, director Siddharth Anand had urged fans not to circulate unauthorised visuals from the sets. In a social media note, he requested audiences to wait for the film’s official reveals and avoid sharing spoilers out of context. King also stars Suhana Khan and Rani Mukerji in key roles. Backed by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures, the film is reportedly set in a dark underworld with Shah Rukh playing a seasoned assassin mentoring Suhana’s character. The action spectacle is expected to release this Christmas.
