Blake Shelton on Gwen Stefani
‘D***head’ Manager Made Me Miss No Doubt Show!!!

Blake Shelton had some choice words to say about his conspicuous absence from the opening night of Gwen Stefani‘s No Doubt residency at the Las Vegas Sphere!
TMZ obtained a clip of him addressing the situation during his Wednesday evening show at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, right down the street from his wife’s venue. He jokes … “What kind of a d***head books us the exact same nights every single night? I think my manager did that.”
Blake was just joking around, of course … he was in high spirits as he performed for adoring fans. He’s currently enjoying a Las Vegas residency titled “Blake Shelton: Live In Las Vegas” at The Colosseum throughout May. Meanwhile, No Doubt will perform 18 shows at the Sphere through mid-June.
And No Doubt had a successful first show, kicking off the night with “Tragic Kingdom” from their 1995 album of the same name and covering music from all of their records — minus their 2012 comeback “Push and Shove.” They reportedly performed 21 songs in total.
We reported on Blake’s expected absence from No Doubt’s big night ahead of the concert … our sources say he fully plans to support Gwen and her bandmates once his schedule allows him to.
Gwen’s kids — Kingston, Zuma and Apollo — were also no-shows … but that’s because it was a school night! Our sources say they will definitely watch the performance at a later date.
It might be a wait for Gwen’s loved ones to get their seats at the show … but there’s no doubt it’ll be “Hella Good!”
