Younger Brother Denies Cover-Up …
Says He Wasn’t Close to Singer

D4vd‘s younger brother, Caleb Burke, is trying to separate himself from the firestorm surrounding the Celeste Rivas Hernandez murder case … while also trying to launch a music career of his own online.
In a lengthy IG Story, Caleb said Thursday he’s stayed silent because the case is an “ongoing legal matter,” but felt compelled to speak out after social media users accused him of helping cover for his brother.
“I’ve seen people say that I knew what was going on and was protecting my brother. This is not true at all,” he wrote.
Caleb claimed he hasn’t lived with D4vd for years and said they were never especially close … only seeing each other occasionally during family visits or tour stops. He also said he was around Celeste only a handful of times when he was 15 and insisted he “did not know her age.”
The aspiring artist also addressed a backstage video that’s been making the rounds online … where some users alleged he helped sneak Celeste backstage at one of D4vd’s concerts. Caleb denied that, too … saying Celeste was “already at the show” and claiming the clip was filmed after the concert had already ended. According to him, the two were simply walking back after grabbing something from a fan near the stage.
The statement drops as public scrutiny around anyone tied to D4vd continues to intensify. While Caleb tries building his own fanbase, critics have accused him of benefiting from the massive attention surrounding the case — something he appeared to push back on directly in the post … writing, “I don’t want to make this horrible situation about me. I want justice for Celeste and her family.”
